Singing for the Brain
Singing for the Brain is an evidence-based initiative that uses music to help people living with dementia and their carers connect through song.
Each session supports wellbeing, memory stimulation, and social interaction in a safe, welcoming space.
The National Football Museum is launching a Singing for the Brain group on Tuesday 10 November. As well as fun vocal warm up and a wide range of familiar songs, we'll also explore football team anthems, and terrace chants and in a fun and uplifting environment (although you don't need to be a football fan to enjoy the session!).
The group will meet fortnightly on Tuesdays at the museum from 11am to 12.30pm.
